A distinct outdoor zone pays homage to the home’s history with a lap pool preserved from the Cold War era, complemented by inviting dining and lounging areas and a cozy fire pit encircled by fruit trees. This project redefines urban living by merging efficient design with nature’s bounty, inspiring neighbors and deepening our connection to the earth.
